Booking and deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 如客户在设计完成之后取消合作，则必须照常支付50%的余款。
If client cancellation is made after the project is completed, the remaining balance still need to be paid in full amount as per agreement.
• 项目如变化或超过预算时间完成，将通知客户以重新商讨细节，时间与价格。
If there is any changes in project or budget related issue, client will be notified to renegotiate on the project detail, timeline and payment.
• 若确定项目之后三个月内若无法收到回复或更新，该项目将视为主动放弃。
If there is no response or update is received within 3 months after deposit paid, the project will be considered as forfeit.
• OWLF Studio 有权阅读各个与设计项目有关的产品知识及公司背景。
OWLF Studio has all rights to read detailed info of design relevant product and company background.
• 所有设计将会发布在 OWLF Studio 的社交媒体页面，除非客户要求严格保密。
All completed design will be published on OWLF Studio's social media platforms unless the client requests strict confidentiality.
• 所有设计版权将归 枭狼工作室 OWLF Studio 所有，翻印必究。
All copyrights of design and product will be owned by OWLF Studio.
• 本保单如有更改，将提前通知。
